Sectoral decisions

We have many years of experience in drafting applications for administrative decisions on environmental regulations in accordance with the current legal provisions included in the Environmental Protection Law of 27 April 2001 (consolidated text, Dz.U. [Journal of Laws] of 2008, No. 25, item 150, as amended) and the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Dz.U. [Journal of Laws] 2013, No. 0, item 21), i.e. preparation of applications for administrative decisions, suchas waste production permits, waste processing, and waste collection.

Our services also include applications for air emission permits and permits required by the Water Law Act.
