DESCRIPTION:

Nicrometal S.A. cooperates with the largest production companies from the aerospace sector. Our services are tailored to the unique specificity of the aerospace industry. We support comprehensively waste management of specialty alloys. We collect and sort production waste such as ferrous, nickel and cobalt alloys – the so-called superalloys (heat-resistant superalloys) – as well as molybdenum, titanium and aluminium alloy waste.

We subject the collected scrap to procedures of cleaning, processing and sorting. Each batch of material is carefully examined using spectrometers. Subsequently, clean scrap returns to steelworks where it is re-used in manufacture. We supply material of the highest quality which is re-used in the very demanding aerospace industry.

Our cooperation with the aerospace industry is also based on membership in the following clusters: Lower Silesia Aerospace Cluster, Greater Poland Aerospace Cluster and the Aerospace Valley.

DESCRIPTION:

Nicrometal S.A. provides comprehensive services to production companies within the scope of collection of any industrial waste, including hazardous waste. We subject it to processes of recycling and disposal.

Our core business is acquisition of scrap from production companies. In subsequent stages, we supply the processed and cleaned metal scrap to steelworks in the most optimal form for further processing and re-use in industry. These processes are also accompanied by processes of recovery and disposal of production waste.

When commissioned by a Customer, Nicrometal S.A. also draws up full sets of documentation on recycling procedures, e.g. keeping of waste registry sheets, settlement of fees for economic use of the environment by a given company, conducting of obligatory reporting for Municipal Offices and Marshal Offices, consultancy within the scope of waste sorting.

DESCRIPTION:

Nicrometal S.A. collects production waste in the form of plastics. Additionally, technical facilities in the form of grinding mills, grinders, injection moulding machines and extrusion machines allows us to reprocess plastics into a finished product.

We prepare full documentation related to the collected waste, subject plastics to processes of grinding and granulating as well as have the means to manufacture new products on our own using the acquired material.

DESCRIPTION:

Nicrometal S.A. collects any waste created during production in the automotive industry.

We manage such waste as plastics, steel and stainless steel scrap, alloys of other metals and packaging materials (e.g. cardboard, plastic film, etc.).

The purpose of these actions is to reprocess production waste into merchandise of full value and return it to the production process in accordance with the principles of circular economy.

GEKON PROJECT

This project involves development of technology of recovery of polymer plastic from post-use plastic wrap (PET-G) with colour printing and production of granulated product for further use in processes of production of elements from polymeric materials. Research includes analysis of changes in the chemical structure and physical properties of the polymer (base material of the plastic film) as a result of cleaning and processing of film as well as determination of methods of using the newly-made product.

Development work includes determination of technical means to counteract the effects taking place in the polymer chain as a result of processing as well as restoration of the material’s structure to that similar to the original.

The result of research and analyses is the development of process assumptions for recycling of post-use PET-G film as well as preparation of documentation and construction of a demonstrative installation for the manufacture of granulated product from printed PET-G film.
